    21 trx

Are there any downsides with this rig? In the market again and the 21 trx is leading as of now.

I couldn’t find any down sides. I’d been borrowing a 21trx for the past couple months from my dealer while I was waiting to get my 20 trx back. The 21 is fast, smooth, dry and stable. I loved that boat. It was hard for me to give it up when mine was ready. A 21trx will definitely be my next boat.

I'm on my second 21TRX. I can afford to buy any 21' bass boat brand out there, I still choose the 21TRX. If there is a downside, it would be not owning one.

I’ll probably get another 21 TrX next year.

Great boats, I run the 22 but am looking at a 21 this round.

I wish the 20 TrX was built on the hp Hull.

Iwish my 21trx had the same hp hull that my hp had
there is a difference the trx doesn't have the same convex running surface of the hp it's got one but it is a little different.

Both the 20TRX, and 21TRX are great boats. I have had both. The 20TRX is easier to drive, the 21TRX being a HP hull does take a little time. Bot boats are running in the mid 70's.

I find it hard to believe that many of the 20 TrX models are running mid 70s loaded to fish. Mine ran 71 last night loaded to fish with just me.

I've been told that the 21 rides 10x better than the 20? What's been your assessment on the ride quality?

I can consistently run 72 to 74 livewell empty with me and my partner.. I have a 2015 20trx 250 pro xs 2 stroke with a worked 26 tempest plus with no poles. Before I installed an ultrex I could constantly break 75 alone.. Those speeds are with a half a tank of gas or slightly more. I only fill it up when I'm making a really long run and I'm still breaking 71 with a partner.

Ive had both and it’s a toss up. The 21 is more comfortable and has more floor space. 21 is faster.

With half a tank of fuel and a heavy loaded boat, I have hit 74 mph gps. I am a big dude also. Normally it is 71-72 but with half a tank its 73-74.

I'm on my second 21TRX and I personally think the ride is exceptional. My tournament partner has a 20TRX and I would say the ride is great also. I just like the additional room that the 21TRX offers, especially at the driver and passenger console area. In my opinion, they are both great boats.

Has anyone compared the ride quality of the 21 trx with a phoenix 921 pro xp? Just curious I am fairly sold on the phoenix but thought about giving the triton a look. Thanks

Been in a Phoenix 21phx. IMO the phoenix rode a little better but is 3-5 mph slower. My tournament partner has a 21 trx and its a great riding boat. Tournament loaded with me at 230 him at 180 we average 73 74 mph and have touched 77 before loaded

What year is his 21TRX? That's the kind of speed I got out of 2014, my 2017 is not as fast.
