The top lake has the intakes and outflow.
The problem with the N.C. wildlife and FLA they use sub contractors that get paid time and material. They end up killing every water plant. Native and bad..
they killed lily pads, hyacinths..
N.C. wildlife on Kerr Lake had the hydrilla sprayed but they used pellets. And let a community release some crazy amount of grass
Carp over a three period.
They are not worth the paycheck there paid.
I bet as in Fla the director or discussion makers are not a outdoorsman!
