    First Brisket in the MES

    Doing my first Brisket ever. Marinated in a red wine/worschticer (sp?) concoction and then seasoned with a salt/cracked pepper/garlic mixture. Not sure how its going to turn out, but ill know in about four hours. Doing some back up baby backs just in case the brisket sux

    4 hours on a brisket ??? How hot you cooking it like 1000 degrees ?

    No no. Thats about what was left on it. Got it to 160 and foiled it and then cooked until 198. Just ate some and it was amazing. My wife and son loved it
