    Power Pole Pump Install

    When installing pumps in the battery compartment how did you secure them to the aluminum panel? Bolt n Nut, self tapper, drill n tap?

    Mine are mounted on the starboard side along side my cranking battery.

    Mine are on the plate in over the bilge with sheet metal screws.

    That's got to be a joy when you have to replace a pump.

    Mine are definitely going on the plate, I have no where else to put them. Just was curious what methods have been used to successfully secure them

    Not fun for sure. Between 4 batteries and a charger it gits a little crowded. I do like having the weight spread out across the back though.
