    2019 evinrude E-tec prop help.

    My current set up. 2005 Triton TR-186. 2019 Evinrude E-tec 150. Model #150DGLAB.
Replaced my 2005 evinrude di 150.
Running my old renegade (#176058) 4 blade prop 23pitch prop.
    Results with the old prop.
5300rpms, wot 59.8mph, hole shot ok, not great.
Prop slips bad in any turn and a cpl times at wot.
I'm going to order a new prop. But not sure which prop to buy.
    Either a 3 blade raker 2 or the 4 blade RX4.
These props have a larger diameter and im not sure how that effects the rpms or handling.
What i need is 300-400 more rpms, a slightly better hole shot (new props with vent holes/plugs will help).
But most importantly is to eliminate the slipping.
Old motor with this prop had amazing bite in turns at any speed.

To get your rpm's up you'll need a 22 Raker II. The new motor probably has a different lower unit.

Out on a limb, but I'd try a 24 Raker HO

I tried the raker 2 ,24 pitch. No plugs in holes prop would just blow out.
Trying the 22 pitch raker 2 in the morning.
Depending on results, i may look in to the RX4 22pitch prop 4 blade. Im reading great reviews

A 24 Raker (and all Raker's) and 24 Raker II (and all Raker II's) have vent holes but they are non adjustable. If you want them to be adjustable you can have a prop repair shop cut the holes so they match Mercury PVS holes and this will allow you to use Mercury PVS plugs to adjust venting.

A 24 Raker HO has adjustable vent holes. They do not adjust with plugs like Mercury PVS holes. The vent plug is adjusted buy taking a wrench and adjusting the hole size to be bigger or smaller.

RX4 is a 4 blade and it adjust just like a Raker HO.

You said the 23 Renegade would slip in the turns and a couple times when running wide open. You also mentioned the 24 Raker blowed out...what is your prop to pad height. Based on what you said it sounds like you may be to0 high.
