2004 Subarban wheels and tires.

I have a 2004 Subarban and my install some aftermarket rims to my truck.
I have a buddy ,that,s has a 2003 subarban . It has P265/70R 16 wheels and tires.

Mind's has P265/70R 17 wheels and tires . Will minds work on his truck with out any problem ?

By the looks of it, y’all tires are the same but your rim is a 17”. As long as the bolt pattern matches up it should be all right.
