    Patoka - Painter Creek

Can you get through the causeway at Painter Creek right now? Anybody know the elevation of the bottom of the bridge?

    Thanks!

5 or 6 feet under it right now, or at summer pool there is 5 or 6 feet under it? I've never had my boat under it before, and I'll be there this weekend. Trying to decide if myself and others will be able to get under there.

    Thanks

Lake is probably going to come up as we just had 2.1 inches of rain from early this morning to now. and more to come tonite and tomorrow and rivers here are rising again as current radar shows we are going to get slammed again starting about 11 pm. With COE back to not letting out, the lake level will definitely not remain constant and will go back up.

Even when the lake was trying to go over the the spillway, you could get under the Painters creek bridge. It was the only bridge that stayed open.

Another 0.9 inch and more later this morning. I live 22 miles from lake as crow flys. We don’t need any more rain.

With all the rain we been having as well as low land flooding by rivers and creeks, it is what it is.
