Took advantage of the long weekend and thought I would share what I found:

Water temp: +/- 80F
Level: Full summer pool
Weather: Bright/sunny and hot conditions, little wind, power generation late in the day.

Overview:
The lake has seen an enormous amount of additional pressure in the month of May (FLW, Big Bass Tour, Bassmaster Opens). Given this large amount of pressure, finesse tactics have been producing well (wacky rig, shaky head, soft plastic jerkbaits, small swim baits). The fish are in all stages of the spawn; however, the majority are post spawn and heading offshore. You can find some groups of fish on the ledges but a better pattern is targeting the transition fish on creek channels leading out of spawning pockets, brush piles, emergent grass lines and boat docks over deep water.
