Dash switch issue

My dash switch is 2 years old and I'm having an issue beginning halfway through a fishing day. When I double click down or up, it blinks red, and begins to stow or deploy for a bit, and then it stops. I will push the button again and nothing happens, not even the light blinking. If I wait 5 seconds or so it'll work again briefly but then stop. Anybody experienced this? My foot switches at the bow work fine with no issues.

Try changing the battery in the dash switch and we will work with you from there need a CR 2032 3V lithium coin battery.. Sounds to me like battery is week building up residule power then goes dead. May need to reprogram once new battery is installed.

So not sure if it fixed the issue because I haven't gone fishing, but I can tell a difference in the switches performance or reaction with a fresh battery. I'll update after this weekend.
