Looking for How To Video(s) for Ultrex Controls

Playing around with the Ultrex Remote Control on the weekend. Travelling from waypoint A to B with guidance system but I was not able to find out how to set up the travel speed in MPH and not just prop speed.
Unless I purchase the Zero-line SD card (a very deceptive way to do business) for $100 I think that it may not be possible to utilise the full aspects of the Ultrex control system.
So I am asking if anyone can share a link for How to videos on the Ultrex Controls.
