    Smoked Bologna

    Picked up a 10lb bologna and decided to smoke half. Scored the edges, applied a BBQ Rub and smoked for about 3 hours. Will slice it up for sammies.

    I smoke mine, then slice and grill them after. Vac pac them up and great work sandwiches.

    I like bologna but can’t remember trying it smoked. Add it to my list with vidalia onion.
