Humminbird 360 Setup Issue

Attempting to set up my 360.

Helix 10 G3

Last time I was out I had the Heading and COG boxes both displaying position so that I could compare them and get them within 5 Degrees of each other as per the manual.

After making some changes I went back out and Heading is displaying _ _ _ and no position.

The other issue is under the NAV tab I am supposed to select Heading> Magnetic but these setting do not show up on my unit.

Update: I was able to select North Reference > Magnetic in the Chart Tab but not in the Nav tab as suggested I’m the manual. Still have no heading reading.
