A lot of single barmaids, bartenders and waitresses wear a wedding ring (or their last engagement ring) to keep guys from hitting on them too much. But I could see the logic of a smart one wearing no ring that could indicate she was taken, in order to get bigger tipps (sic). Yes, much like the padded mega-lift bra with a plunging neckline. Impress her with your affluence and generosity, if the BS isn't working?
