    Livewell Light

A friend of mine is using these submersible LED lights for different things around his camp site. I got to thinking about where I could use them at. I used a couple of zip tie strap mounts and stuck them to the bottom of the lights. I then cut a notch out on my
live well divider and drilled two holes to strap the light to the live well top. I keep the remote in the console and just grab it when I need it. I can change the colors if I want and now I don't have a flash light in my mouth trying to catch fish out of my live well. Hope this helps some others out. Worked great for me!
Total cost = $4.62 + whatever a zip tie is.

I'm going to try that before drilling holes in my livewell. Thanks!

I did the same thing only I used outdoor rated Velcro to attach to the roof of both live wells. Just cut the Velcro to the round shape and it looks like it's supposed to be there. this way you can remove it easily to change the batteries. Works great though and for the price you can't go wrong.

Great idea. Being able to change colors should save your night vision, too.
