Nope
While you can always spend the money for a nice rod, which all of them are. You are throwing a moving bait where sensitivity is not going to matter as much as a contact bait. I'm sure they will all be fine. Whatever is cheapest and to your preferred spec would be my choice.

I don't have any experience with the Loomis rods, but as mentioned you could get away with any of the Dobyns series for a moving bait. I would recommend a 734c in whatever price point you want. I have 734c's in both Champion and Fury and like them both. My biggest reason for the Champions is the full cork handles.
