    Busted Bracket

Dialing in a new prop today I lowered power pole to be able to stand on bracket while kneeling on fully tilted motor to install vent plug on prop while in the water. I got close to bank but wasn't shallow enough for pole to catch so I mistakenly took off to plane with pole lowered. Snapped it right at the bracket. I wish they had some kind of release mechanism for dumb people. Oh well. Looking for a new bracket from power pole.
