    Bassport owners ?

    anyone know if three of these batteries will fit in the front mount area.

    It will hold 2 group 31's that measure 12.80 (L) x 6.81 (W) x 9.37 (H)

    Any one have the inside measurement of the battery compartment and if its all one open area or does it have a divider ?
    trying do decide if I want to order some lithium batteries-- word is the sale will end before I get my boat here.

    I don't know the exact measurements, but it is one open compartment.

    If I remember correctly the batteries sat lengthwise with the centerline and they had several inches open space between them.. could not remember if there was a built in divider that separated them.
    I got a feeling those 3 lithium batteries won't fit but will be VERY close..

    You can run 2 batteries running lengthwise, front to rear, and the third from port to stbd.

    I just ordered from them...2-100ah for troller and 1 for starting battery

    are you running 24 volt or 36?

    I see guys saying 50ah is enough for 8 hour day however these are on 36volt so you have more stored energy with 3- 50amp batteries in series than you do with 2- 50amp in series ... I wanted more than enough so I went with 2-100ah

    I went ahead and ordered the batteries because they go off sale at the end of the month. They said they would work with me on the 30 day return since I don't have the boat yet..
