Loaded boat on trailer today. Trimmed up motor, would only trim, would not tilt up. If you lift the motor by hand while applying tilt it will raise, but will quickly drop back down when you let go of motor. Any ideas? Motor is a 2017 Pro XS 250. Thanks Mike
