I run a 26 Trophy Plus on a Tr-21x hp and the only thing I would prefer to be better is the hole shot

Depends on the size of the motor also.

The difference is the PVS holes. (propeller vent system) These allow you to be able to adjust your hole shot. When you remove the plugs or install larger ones, this allows a release point for your exhaust gasses at lower RPM's which takes a lot of strain off of the engine. This in turn allows your RPM's to come up faster which helps your hole shot. Actually you can remove too many of the plugs and cause the prop to slip and you can't get up on plane. It usually takes a little experimenting to get the configuration right. Once up and running the PVS holes are not a factor and have no effect on your running speed or anything else.

Actually they are a pretty En-Genius invention. The "non plus" props do not have the holes.

The "non plus" does have vent holes, but they're not adjustable.

Thanks for the correction Mr. Savage...I wasn't aware of that.
