    Helix 9 won't pair with phone

    Can't get my Helix 9 DI G2N to pair with my phone it found my HP printer but won't connect to phone. Any tricks or tips appreciated.

    If you have it on your phone's list of things, try using the forget option and try re-pairing them

    What kind of phone is it? Have you tried shutting your phone off for a few minutes? Maybe try resetting factory defaults? Does it find your phone and just not pair? Or will it not even find it?
