2006 Vmax 250 exhaust manifold repair

2006 Vmax vz250tlr. Going to replace my exhaust manifold, and muffler. Has anyone done this? Do I need to replace all of the gaskets? Can I reuse any? I am ordering the manual. But wanted to order the parts at the same time.

Did you find the tuner cracked or burnt?
If not, why are you changing it?

I'm pulling my powerhead to replace the muffler this week and I'll be replacing all the gaskets. It wouldn't be good to take it out on the lake and have a exhaust leak.

Yes, you need to replace all the gaskets. There's probably 5 or so. I went through the exploded diagram with my party guy and ordered them all from Yamaha
