    Oil Tank on motor

    1E003823

Noticed my tank on engine was down about 1/4 inch or less after last out. Whats up?

You will also see this occasionally if you let the remote tank get low and run some rough water. Other than that check everything Savage said on the remote tank.

Just rebuilt my 300XS after a check valve failure. #6 cylinder had 0 PSI. The rest had 125. You can bet it will become part of my maintenance. Probably every other year. Cheap insurance.

The one on the block that supplies air to remote tank in boat. Starboard side on block beneath starter.
