St Johns River

Just curious on what to expect on the St Johns end of October. Fishing a classic there then
How is bass fishing that time of year.
Also looking for a house to rent in Palatka the last week of October. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated

Bass fishing in that area of October can be very good and alot less boat traffic. Alot of guys will be hunting as opposed to fishing that time of year. As far as lodging, I would check airbnb or there are a few places on the river depends on what you want to spend. I have stayed at Renegades on the river, very nice place, but a little more expensive than others, but worth it to me. Good luck
