Looking for advise on transducer location on a new X19. I’ll have a Garmin Ultra with an “all in one” style 2d/sidevu/downvu transducer and a 10” atlas hydraulic jack plate. Should the transducer go on the jack plate or transom and where? Thanks.

transducer shield and saver bracket on the jack plate. please do not put unnecessary holes in the transom of your boat. anywhere between $89 to $149 depending on model, but well worth the money.

It’s on the way. BTW, the shield for the GT-52 (TG-GT-6) also works for the GT-54. Great folks at Transducer Shield and Saver.
