    Water in rod boxes

I have an 05 z20 with rail system. Is there any tricks to keeping water out of rod boxes?

Do you know where the water is coming in from? I had water getting in my rods lockers and it ended up being cracked rod tubes. I sealed them and haven’t had an issue since.

I honestly don’t know. It’s happened to both sides but only the right one this time. I have been trying to adjust the latch

Check the screws behind your rub rail. They have a tendency to back out allowing water to enter your boxes between the cap and hull.

    Check your rubber seals.
