Can't import GPX waypoints to Solix G2 unit

I have been spending the better part of the afternoon trying to import waypoints from my Contour Elite program to my Solix G2 unit. The manual says it can import GPX files, but when I load the waypoints on the SD card as a .GPX file and put it in the unit and select import in the files section, it says there is no media available to import. I tried naming the file data.gpx, I tried putting it in a "matrix" folder, I tried the .hwr format also, and nothing works. Anyone have any clue what might be wrong? If I reformat the card, what format should I use? exFAT or NFTS? I don't know what else to try.

Format FAT32 and the card has to be 32GB or less.
    A GPX file will load.

The MATRIX folder will not be recognized by a SOLIX or ONIX.

Thanks, Wayne I found out the hard way. I figured it was a corrupt card so I used another one and it worked. Then I saw your post. Turns out the first one was a 64GB. Thanks for the reply. You need to apply for a job at Humminbird rewriting the manuals. The manual doesn't say anything about the GB limit, but that's what it was.
