Way to much technology for me

I’ll admit it’s not good for running docks and have said so in other threads. I would prefer a cable foot control in addition to the lanyard. But to call it complete junk is just not accurate.

Let us know the facts as to why it’s junk. Did it fail on you? Is it not as strong as advertised? Did it consume battery faster than ohrrr trolling motors? Could you not figure out the pedal? Did the lanyard not work?

The foot pedal was for the most part useless! Forget about precise boat positioning using it. The design is insane! Having to reach out way over the bow just to grab it to stow, makes no sense to me! The only thing that worked well on the one I had, was the spot lock feature. Other than that, is was a pain in the arse to use. That makes it junk to me.
