    2012 FX 20 250 Sho " NO SPEED"

    Hi guys, just put a new 25 Pitch T-2 prop on got my RPM right running right at 5900 but speed is at 67 GPS. Running heavy tournament load , full tanks, 2PP, 2 folks over 200bs each, motor is sitting at 2.5 below pad, top of jackplate without moving motor up to last hole. This the best I,m going to get ? Thought it should be running low to mid 70. Any suggestions

    You’d be amazed what what will do. My 225 is drastically different upon load. Full fuel, tourney load, 2 people, and lunch ect I get 68. That’s all it has. half tank of fuel, lighter load when I know what I’m doing for a quick trip with 2 people it’ll run 72.5. Also I get a 3mph difference if I have my plastics in the back vs the front
