Let's see, for Perch I usually cut them in half, then cut each half lengthwise into three pieces. Hook (#4 or #6) through or thread it on one end. Fish dropshot in 15'-20' usually.

Wacky or nose hooked on a drop shot. Also like them nose hooked weightless for bedding fish and, on very rare occasions, for fish schooling on small baitfish on the river.

Wacky on a Dropshot. Pump and drop works, keeping the weight on the bottom. They'll also work wacky rigged under a bobber for a variation of "float 'n fly".
Don't bother me, I'm screwing for virginity.

I killed a 12-pack just to watch it die.

1/32 oz unpainted ball head jig with 1/0 hook. Also wacky rig using the same jig for a slightly faster drop or plain hook for twitching mid-depth with a slow drop.
