No. AH rating is determined by where the battery drops to 9.5V. Even if you wanted to abuse your battery by discharging it so deeply, much of your equipment would quit working before you got there. Cutting time in half doesn’t double the current you can draw. The Peukert Effect says the faster you draw power from the battery, the lower the capacity of the battery is.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
nothing else matters.
