    Need some advice

I have a 1990 GT 200 that will not trim up it will trim down,I am certainly not a boat mechanic by any means but I cannot find any relays on this motor only a junction box,I really don’t know what to do,is this supposed to be like this or has somebody bypassed the relays, any advice would be appreciated.

Look on the back of the block between the cylinder heads there should be a rectangular black plastic box with a hex screw on either side the relays live under there.

the Only thing it found is the trim wire goes in the back of a black box with a hex screw on each side, looks more like a junction box it’s not very deep,I can’t see any relays the you can remove in this box,But I’ll look again,Thanks for the help!

Take the cover off and look inside. The relays are about as big as Ice cubes.
