Its all preference really, i had revo sx gen 1,2,3,4 loved the 1-2 feel. Went and bought 5-6 lews. I like the reel of the older revo better. Ive got to where i buy older gen 1-2 revos off ebay and rebuild.
I think I already posted here but somehow it does not show up. If some moderator doesn't like my posts tell me . The Chinese reels are nothing to brag about, because their names don't have snob appeal. I have 2 Piscifun bait casters, 7.1:1, with 7+ ball bearings. Dual braking systems, etc. They work fine. Unfortunately they cost less than $75.00 so if it was me, and it was a gift, I'd probably buy a Shimano, Daiwa or such.
the Fuegos haven't held up for me. I bought two of them last year, and I'm having issues with both. Starting to scream when I cast them.
I have a bunch of Revo X's, they are good reels for the money. Never had a problem with any of them.
