Thanks Savage. I have three I believe medium plugs in there now and it’s slow to get up. I tried taking them all out, but it blows out. My motor has around 750 hours so I think time has slowed her down a bit. How many RPM’s should I be turning at holeshot? Want to make sure I don’t have other problems.

I am am running a Tempest 26. It used to get up ok, but I have added a talon and additional battery, so I’m guessing the extra weight has had some effect.

Thanks Savage. I’m turning 3500 right now. I will try 3 large plugs to see if that helps. I am also going to lower the JP 1/4”. I think I will try a Tempest 25p also to see how it is.

Thanks 6Boomer. I have a 10" slidemaster and will check the Prop to Pad height. M dad has a 25 Tempest I am going to try. How does your boat handle/ run in 3-4ft waves? Do you ever blow out?

Handles fine all day 3-4 footers. No blow out at all.
