    Livewell Overflow Plugs

    2006 TR -21x

I have let this go for a long time, but my last two tournaments had rough water and I lost a lot of water through the overflow. At one point I had to stop in river channel and pump water back in. What is the best way to plug the overflow in the livewells? What size is the hole? Does Triton make a specific plug for this?

    Thanks for the help.

Look at Lowe's for the rubber plugs in the pull out drawer section. I use those for many different applications and they work very well and are quite durable.

My TRX 18 does the same, I thinking because it has 2 big overflows, maybe plugging one will do the job

They have the most common sizes at Lowe's. I don't know what size yours is, sorry. Gauge it with a bolt sizer.

    Try a 5/8 plug.

I jam a piece of an old swimming pool noodle in the hole......never comes out.

In the past, I've just grabbed and used one of my wife's wine stoppers.
