I mounted mine underneath the dash so I wouldn't have to cut into it.
If you are interested in getting a round radio that fits into one of the existing instrument holes you can avoid cutting the dash.
A small speaker at the bow makes it possible to have the volume low enough to talk with others while still enjoying the tunes.
+1 on this suggestion. Everything streams these days. Don't cut any holes just get a portable speaker and you can move it around the boat as you wish. $50 and no hassle.Originally Posted by Kodiak16
