Alabama River conditions anyone?

Time to get away from the big lake tournaments. Plan on going to Alabama River this weekend. Was just wondering if anyone's been recently and can say what conditions are (clear, stained, blown out, temp,) etc. Since it's a 1.5 hour drive one way to get there, I don't have the luxury of checking things out around Cooter's Pond before I go. Appreciate any basic info. The rest I'll figure out when I get there.

I went out yesterday afternoon for a couple of hours. Water temp 82 degrees and stained but clearing up compared to earlier this week. Water level was normal. Good luck.
