Whats the Crappie like on Twain

been thinking of making a trip up there and was wondering how the lake was and the Crappie bite

It's been a tougher bite than usual with the lake constantly falling this past week or so.... the crappies are wanting to get in and spawn, but from what I've seen it is mostly small males being caught. Water temps were still in the low to mid 60's earlier this week, but should be warming quickly now. The bite could be getting real good as the water warms. The lake is still very "brown" most everywhere you go, so the fish will be shallow.
