So i want to put 303 fabric guard on my carpet but on the bottle it says not for fiberglass, so do i really need to cover my whole boat just to spray the carpet or can i just wipe off the overspray quickly before it dries?

it wont hurt the finish on the boat, spray the carpet and wipe off excess, you wont need much on the new boat so spray lightly to prevent run off
