Are you able to hit the rev limiter? Best I can get right now is 5700 @ 68mph.

With the 24p I get 5900-6k. One thing I've found is that with a light load the motor like to be around 2.5" ptp, where as a heavy load I get better speed with the motor around 3" ptp

I've found mine likes to run at 2.5" ptp. I've played with a few props and really like the results of the 25 fury 4. It is the best all around prop for my conditions as I carry a of lot gear and at least 2 people. If I run it with just me I can turn 5950 rpms at 73. With another person and gear I run at 70 turning about 5800 rpms. I can turn the 25 T1 up to 6k but doesn't seem to have the same results as the fury 4.

Can you tell if you're lifting the bow and getting on pad? Sho props don't have a ton of lift out of the box so id about bet you're not getting the bow out of the water.
I'd try to find a 26 bravo to try and/or send that T1 to Mark to let him work on it.

I run 75ish by myself and 73ish loaded down with two people. I carry a lot of tackle, have 10 ft blades and 4 31 series batteries. I am running a 25 T2 and it stays on the limiter. I tried a Croxton worked 27 T1 and it was too much prop, don't really lose much speed but holeshot is worse and I can only turn 5700 with it. I think it had some cup added, as I bought it used. I run mine motor really high, like 3.5 on the plate.

What is the real world difference between the T1 and the T2?

Different and stronger hub design, blades and everything else is the same. T1 hubs are known to crack and become door stops.

Try a 26P Bravo 1 FS, should put you in low 70's with excellent holeshot. can't remember prop to pad #'s
