I have a pair in my woods.
Its cools to watch them cycle real high, then dive all the way to the ground to catch something in the fields. They can dive so fast it’s amazing

Have them in Lake county, but havent seen them south of Lake Dale (in between Crown Point and Lowell) and have seen them in LaPorte county, Walkerton to be specific. The family has a couple of houses on Fish Lake.

I have a pair that lives in the back of my woods. Fun to watch them hunt my pasture.
