I have had bass boats for years and made the move to a tin can last fall that has a '16 90HO on it with an aluminum prop, is there any advantage to going to a better SS prop on this unit?????

You won't have the flex that aluminum props have with the SS prop so you'll get better performance for sure.
But you won't be able to run the same size ss prop....you will probably have to drop a couple of pitches....
