    Z19 w/ 4S ProXS setup question

Just finished the 1st 2 hours of break-in on the 4S PXS. I am only getting 64 gps @ 5500 rpm - 2 light guys and a heavy load (full gas, tackle, 36v TM, etc). 23P Fury (factory) and jackplate at factory height. The holeshot is incredible but based on the owners manual, I should be in the 5800-6200 RPM range top end.

What are you 4S owners running for prop? RPM?

That prop is fine, the first two hours you probably didn't give it a lot of trim, correct? After you trim it a bunch rpms and speed will come up.

Correct, I was not trimming it all the way up during the 2 hours. I did run it after the initial 2 hours and trimmed it all the way up on a short WOT run and that's where I saw 5500 RPM. It leveled out at 5500 ~64mph GPS.

Yes, see the OP. I didn't mention livewells but they were not full.

run it harder/longer and don't fill the fuel tank for a while, if problem persists try a know good prop of the same size
