    Yamaha HPDI 16 bit to 32 bit ECU

    I have a 2004 VZ300 and looking for the parts to swap over to a 2006 or newer harness and 32 bit ECU. I think the harness number is
    6D0-8259M-20-00 and the EDU number is 6C9-8591A-21-00. Is that correct??
    I've heard I can get better performance with a reprogram on the 32 bit vs the 16 bit?
    Is that true?

    Those part numbers are correct and the 32 bit is much better running characteristics

    Will a 6D0-8591A-12-00 computer work off a 2006 Z300? I'm not sure of the differences in the computers.
