Get the jack from Ranger. It's competitively priced and will be the correct jack for your trailer.
I've been using the single wheel jack from Harbor Freight for about 5 years and don't have any problems. It has a grease nipple (unlike my last jack) so its easy to maintain.

COMRAD, and you don’t have to kick the dam wheel left to right to roll it around? That’s what I have to do now to get it in my garage, I’ve got to get it in caddy corner so it will fit

No, the single wheel will spin itself around easily enough. My understanding is the double wheel jacks don't spin as easy and you have to kick them much more frequently.

I had a Fulton F2 jack with dual wheels (still have it, it is on a shelf in the garage) and hated it. Impossible to turn.
Put a Trailer Valet on instead, since I need to wedge the boat back in the corner of the garage. Couldn't be happier. Expensive, but totally worth it.
got a dual wheel 1800 pd one from bomgaars and it works perfect rolls great for now

The trailer Dolly from HB works great!
I can't say enough about the Fulton. I can't tell you how many times I have driven off with it still down and never once did I break or bend it. Tip you will quickly notice a strange noise.
