Champion tandem conversion and other upgrades

I posted this on the Champion board but thought others may want to see the changes.
I ran it almost out of fuel and took all but 1 battery out to save weight.
Here a few of the Tandem Trailer conversion, as well as new cowlings and some other upgrades.
I cant take all the credit I'm not a master welder, but everything else i did do.
The old EFi is still under there, just upgraded the cowl and pans.

Looks Good! Did you do the bed liner on the trailer. What type did you use?

That is phenomenal work. My trailer needs to be redone, it's starting to get some rust spots. Looks like Line X to me.

Nice job! Are those stock fenders? If not, where did you purchase. Thanks!

I used a product called ALs liner, there parent company is Scorpion liners. It is not very coarse like most bed liners, it wipes down easily and will not tear your skin up if you brush against it. Suppose to be 100% UV resistant but time will tell.

    Trailer looks amazing!

Why are you running winter tires on a boat trailer?
