Barkley?

How is the bush bite on Barkley lately? With the water coming up I'm thinking about going this weekend, but the weather doesn't look great. I'll drive 3 hours and stand in the cold rain all day to catch fish in the bushes, but if the bite just isn't good, I'll stand in the rain somewhere else.

Community hole ledges in Little River should have fish on them by now .

Nobody tried to talk me out of it, so I went. It wasn't very good. I caught one 3 lb keeper and about 10 short fish. Most fish came on points and transition banks. I didn't fish any ledges. Definately not a bush flipping bite today.

Just curious which section of Barkley did you fish yesterday. Since they will probably drop the bottom out of both lakes as soon as they can, may have to take GZ ONE’s advice and hit some bay drops

I fished from Kuttawa to the dam.

I caught the on the 11th in the bushes on ky. Strange they eerrnt in them on Barkley.
