That would be the same as 2 12V 100Ah.

I think it would work fine, but a single 24V Lithium would need a 24V charger.

Prior charger was a Minn Kota 440PC. The new IONIC Lithium charger will charge other batteries also. It weighs in at about 11 pounds !!

So I just got my new Ionics installed
    2x 100Ah (Trolling)
1x 125Ah (Starting, Electronics, and accessories)
1x Ionic 4 bank Charger (bank 1&2 on starting battery bank 3 and 4 on each of the 100Ah)

Once I finished the install I powered up the charger and the batteries charged up.
App seems to be working well also

Do I leave the charger plugged in when the boat is in my garage? Does the charger maintain the batteries at optimal level when not in use? I see the batteries are in stanby mode after charging.
My boat is kept in a heated garage that never really gets colder than 48-50 degrees when I turn down the heat.

That charger really warms up when in full charging mode, suprised me...

you can leave the charger plugged in if you want to but as long as you dont have anything on your boat with current draw its not necessary, those batteries will maintain that charge for weeks to months with very little loss. the app will tell you if you have anything draining if its at least 1 amp. you can charge and unplug, or charge the day before you go or leave it plugged it.
yes it can warm up on the initial charge cycle, when possible and in the garage I would charge with the lid open.
contact me if you have any questions,
Enjoy those Lithium's and share your results

    Thanks Andy (Drew)

Bill, the hardest part for me with Lithium batteries, was to change my mind set from lead acid/AGM batteries to Lithium. Lithium batteries do not need to be charged to "full charge" or be maintained at full optimal level. Just the opposite. They are fine at 75, 50% charge. I have used my Lithiums for 2-3 outings over a week or two before I recharge. The only time I bring my Lithiums, 2-100ah and 1-125ah batteries, to full charge is the night before a tournament. Other than that, they sit at whatever charge they come off the lake with, if more than 20%, if less than 20% I recharge but not necessarily to 100%. Even if they need a charge I wait until the day before I'm heading out.

Don't know about those chargers, but some Lithium chargers shut off the voltage when the batteries are full. Lithium will age faster if left on a float charge.

Here is a couple pictures of my install. Still have some wire cleanup to do but I am happy with the way it came out.
I used some of the foam that was in the box with the charger to make spacers in the battery trays so the battery can't slide around in the tray.
    Any comments or recommendations welcome...

Should the ionics be charged on the agm setting on the 440? Thinking of going with the 125 ah as starting battery and for all electronics

    YES!

Would not have worked without them. I dont think all my connections would have fit on that single pole.
