Where are they? Southern Waters: 65-68deg water

so - where does that put the bass at this point. I have completely lost them! I mainly fish rivers - in the south (TN right now). Our water temp has been 65-68deg and steady. The color is stained to murky - with some clear holes back in the creeks.

In general, where are the bass right now in this season in these conditions?

Look along depth breaks adjacent to shallow flats where they may be staging prior to spawn.

Thanks all - This morning the water temp was 67deg. I caught 8 between 6am and 7:45am - all 1.5lbs or under. 3 or so were on breaks - the rest were glued to cover. I mean glued. If you didn't cast within 2" of them they might as well have not existed. Crazy ... but I'm pretty sure the area I was in is overfished to a great degree.

I'd still be out there if the rain hadn't made me pack it in. It's time to get some real work done anyway!
