My 2000 Johnson seems to be having some issues idling and has a miss I can feel at 4k rpm when running.
I am assuming this a fuel issue. I just replaced the plugs recently.
It has also become harder to start, in the past I was able to pump the fuel bulb and then push the key in and it would start rather easy, now I have to really crank it over to get it to take off and it seems to die before it gets warm.
For idling it seems to be a sneeze at times which I assume is a lean condition. I have done a decarb with engine tuner, and ran the seamfoam cleaner through the carb throats.
It seemed to help, but I believe it is time to pull all the carbs and do rebuilds. The engine is 19 years old and I'm not aware of any carb rebuilds in it's history.
These are the repairs kits I was going to buy.

Is there anything else I should look at while I'm going to attempt this?
If I'm missing something, please advise.
