Mine took the course a few years ago. She went out and found her a bike and rides also.

    Congrats
My girl friend recently bought her first new ride, a Indian Scout Sixty Bobber, I've took it out for a spin a couple of times, I'm big and look goofy on it, but it rides nice.

Congrats!! Mine has no desire to ride her own and I'm totally okay with her decision. I like being able to lean back and feel her arms around me going down the road.

My wife had her own, then she rode with me for a while. Now I can't hardly get her on a bike, she wouldn't even get on the trike we had. Some deer ran out in front of us one night and the reality of how quick it can happen just did her in. We were lucky and didn't go down. I don't think quitting is the answer. She's ok with me owning a bike as long as I don't pressure her to ride.

She wanted a Sportster when she rode. I tried to talk her out of that one. I didn't succeed. She thought the lighter bike would be easier, they aren't. If you're buying a HD look at a Softtail Deluxe or Softail Low Rider.

My wife struggled on finding a bike to fit her due to being 5ft tall. She rides a Softail Slim that was lowered 1/2in and its perfect for her.
